(a) The City Manager shall keep a record of all copies of the Codified Ordinances and supplements thereto distributed or sold under the provisions of this section.
(b) The City Manager shall deliver hardbound copies of the Codified Ordinances and supplements thereto to the following, free of cost: One copy to the Louisville Public Library; One copy to the Louisville High School Library; One copy to the Stark County Law Library; One copy to Squire, Sanders & Dempsey (Bond Attorneys) and One copy to reciprocating municipalities in Stark County.
(c) The City Manager shall deliver one hardbound copy of the Codified Ordinances and supplements thereto to each of the following officials; the Mayor-Councilman, each Councilman, City Manager, City Engineer, Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, Chairman of the Planning Commission and Building Inspector; and two copies each to the Chief of Police and Law Director.
(d) Any person receiving a copy or copies under subsection (c) hereof, shall upon leaving office or employment with the City, return the copy or copies to the City Manager, and failure to do so, within ten days shall make such person liable for the cost of same as provided in subsection (f) hereof.
(e) The City Manager shall retain one master copy and supplements thereto at City Hall and shall post all changes and amendments therein.
