521.14 MIGRATORY GAME BIRDS.

   (a)   No person shall feed migratory game birds on public property in the City of Louisville.

   (b)   “Migratory Game Bird” shall have the same meaning a found in §1531.01(AAA) of the Ohio Revised Code and includes waterfowl such as geese, ducks and swans.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
