(a) “Person” has the same meaning as stated in Ohio R.C. §1.59(C).
(b) “Medical Marijuana” is defined and shall have the same meaning as contained in Ohio R.C. § 3719.01.
(c) “Medical Marijuana Dispensary or Dispensary” means a properly licensed dispensary of marijuana acting in accordance with Ohio R.C. §3796.20; it may include any facility, building structure, or location, whether fixed or mobile and serves a qualified patient or person.
