The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the following:
(a) Hospitals, nursing homes and a medical treatment facility regulated by the State of Ohio Medical Board;
(b) A person licensed or registered by the State of Ohio Medical Board while performing their licensed or registered profession;
(c) A licensed cosmetologist, registered barber, registered barber apprentice, licensed chiropractor, licensed practical nurse or registered nurse, and registered physical therapist, while performing their licensed or registered profession; and
(d) A person working under the direct supervision of individuals or establishments mentioned in this section while performing their licensed or registered profession. (Ord. 14-19. Passed 5-5-14.)
