941.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Louisville shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Louisville may contract with the Stark Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
