To encourage the use of low impact development techniques, the Planning Commission is empowered to waive or otherwise modify other requirements as set forth in Chapter 1158 or Chapter 1164 to the extent necessary to provide for and encourage the use of low impact development techniques as described in this Chapter. Any waiver in site requirements for low impact development standards shall in no way be construed as a waiver of all requirements of the aforementioned Chapters.
