The final construction plans for drainage within the subdivision shall conform to the provisions of these Regulations and to any special conditions, as required by the Planning Commission in approving the preliminary map, and the City Engineer. All construction plans shall be stamped with the seal of a professional engineer registered in the State as required by the Ohio Revised Code. Such construction plans for drainage shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the construction of any drainage facilities within the subdivision.
