1162.13 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS.

The developer shall design and construct improvements of the sizes and types as set forth in this Ordinance. Construction and materials shall be as specified by the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications or as specified by the City of Louisville's Engineer.
