Angles in the horizontal alignment of street lines shall be connected by a curve with a radius on the center line of not less than 250 feet for local streets and 500 feet for collector streets. Between reverse curves there shall be a tangent of at least 100 feet on collector streets. In the case of unusual topography the City Engineer may reduce the horizontal alignment requirements.
