1139.03 EFFECT OF STOP WORK ORDER.
   The breach of any provision, condition, safeguard, or any additional requirement lawfully imposed by the permit-issuing authority of this Unified Development Ordinance shall be cause for the issuing of a “Stop Work Order” and may cause a revocation of the Certificate or Permit granted and shall constitute a violation of this UDO. No person may continue to make use of land or buildings after such Stop Work Order has been issued, in accordance with this Section, until such time as the permit or certificate holder complies in the manner authorized by a Development Permit or Conditional Zoning Certificate and with this Ordinance. Continued use after revocation of the Development Permit or Conditional Zoning Certificate shall constitute a violation of this Unified Development Ordinance.
