(a) No person may use or occupy any land or structures or authorize or permit the use or occupancy of land or structures under his control except in accordance with all of the applicable provisions of this UDO.
(b) For purposes of this section, the “use” or “occupancy” of land or a structure relates to anything and everything that is done to, on, or in that building or land.
