(a) Upon adoption of an amendment to the text of the UDO, the amendment shall be appropriately codified in the UDO and the Ordinance Number, date of passage, and effective date of the amendment shall be noted in footnotes to the section or paragraph so amended. The Cover page to the UDO shall be updated with the most recent date of amendment.
(b) The Official Zoning Map, with any amendments made thereon, shall be identified by the signatures of the City Manager and City Clerk of Louisville, Ohio, under the following words:
Official Zoning Map of the City of Louisville, Ohio.
As Amended by Ordinance _________ on _________ (Effective as of _________).
