1133.04 PUBLIC HEARING BY PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing or hearings upon every application after at least one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the City at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing. Such notice shall indicate the place, time and subject of the hearing.
