1131.03 PREAPPLICATION CONSULTATION.

(a) Preapplication Consultation with Staff Encouraged. To minimize development planning costs, avoid misunderstanding or misinterpretation, and ensure compliance with the requirements of this UDO, pre-application consultation between the developer and City Development Staff is encouraged.
