The Storm Water Quality Regulations developed by the Stark County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) are the standards for erosion and sediment control and post-construction water quality design in the City of Louisville and are available on the Stark County SWCD website at www.starkswcd.org. Excluding Section 108 of the Storm Water Quality Regulations, these regulations shall be applicable to all developments in the City of Louisville which are covered by the regulations as specified in the regulations.
