It shall be unlawful for any person to prevent, delay or interfere with the City Tree Board, or any of its agents, while engaged in planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying, or removing of any street trees, park trees, or trees on private grounds, as authorized by this chapter and the City Manager. Tree Board Members not acting within their official Board capacity, will be bound by the contents of this Ordinance. Disputes between Tree Board Members regarding the interpretation of this Ordinance shall be settled by the City Manager whose decision shall be considered final.
