There is hereby established a Tree Board consisting of not less than three (3) members nor more than seven (7) members, one of whom shall be designated as chairperson. The Tree Board serves as an Advisory Committee to City Council. Members shall be residents of the City. All members shall be appointed by Council and shall serve without compensation. The Board shall make its own rules and regulations subject to approval by the City Manager, and keep a journal of its proceedings. The City Manager or designee shall be an ex-officio member of the Board.
