140.01 ESTABLISHED.

There shall be a Department of Community Programming, established to provide for the recreational and leisure needs of all citizens of Louisville. This Department shall be staffed by Community Programming Coordinator(s) who shall be appointed by the City Manager, with the number of Community Programming Coordinators affixed by ordinance duly passed by Council.
