Any person who continues in violation of any provision of this regulation after the time allowed for the correction of an alleged violation is guilty of a third degree misdemeanor, as defined in Section 501.99 of the Codified Ordinance of Louisville. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during which a violation continues.
