1333.21 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.
   Whenever, upon inspection of the residential rental dwelling, rooming house or dormitory, the City finds that conditions or practices exist which are in violation of the provisions of this regulation or of any applicable rules pursuant thereto, the owner or operator shall be served with notice of such violation in the manner described in Section 1333.12. Such notice shall state that unless the violations cited are corrected within reasonable time, the housing license may be suspended.
   A housing license shall be denied, revoked or not renewed where there has been a conviction for criminal activity which relates to the property such as drug trafficking on the property or permitting the property to be used for the furtherance of criminal activity.
   The Property Maintenance Officer may deny, revoke or not renew a housing license where the license holder is currently in violation of any City ordinance.
