It shall be the responsibility of the owner or operator of a residential rental dwelling to give notice of this housing license with the City to tenants by one of the following authorized methods:
(a) Display the license or a copy thereof in a conspicuous place in the common ways of a multi-family dwelling.
(b) Place in all written rental agreements a notice indicating the valid time period and number of occupants.
(c) Provide a written notice separate from a written rental agreement, indicating the valid time period and number of occupants.
The valid time period and number of occupants shall be from information appearing on the housing license.
