1333.11 CASES OF EMERGENCY.

Whenever, in the opinion of the Property Maintenance Officer and the City Manager, the condition of a structure or premises or part thereof, constitutes an immediate hazard to human life or health, an emergency shall be declared and the Law Director shall institute proceedings for the immediate vacation of the structure or premises or part thereof.
