1333.10 AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER AND INSPECT.
   The Property Maintenance Officer is hereby authorized to enter and inspect all dwellings subject to the provisions of these regulations, at any reasonable time upon adequate notice (minimum twenty-four hours), for the purpose of determining whether there is compliance with its provision.
   The Property Maintenance Officer is hereby authorized to inspect the premises surrounding any structure subject to this regulation, for the purpose of determining whether there is compliance with its provisions.
   If any owner, occupant or other person in charge of a dwelling or premises subject to the provisions of this Code, refuses or in any manner interferes or restricts free access to any part of the dwelling or premises for inspection, the Property Maintenance Officer or his designee may seek, in a court of competent jurisdiction, an order authorizing such inspection.
