All streets running east and west shall be numbered east from Chapel Street eastwardly, and west from Chapel Street westwardly with odd numbers on the north side and even numbers on the south side of such streets.
All streets running north and south shall be numbered south from Main Street southwardly and north from Main Street northwardly with odd numbers on the west and even numbers on the east side of such streets.
