1316.07 LICENSE OR PERMIT SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.

Any license or permit issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked by order of the Building Inspector for any violation of the Ohio Fire Code or this chapter or for failure to immediately, upon receiving notice from the Building Inspector, repair or correct any work previously done which may be found in any respect to be defective or in violation of this chapter.
