(a) When it is desired to move a building over the streets, roads or highways of the City and before moving the building is lawful, application shall be made by the owner of the building to the City Manager.
(b) The application shall contain a complete description of the size, type and construction of each building which is to be moved under such requested permit; the full and complete route to be followed in such moving; and a statement of the total time to be required to complete such moving.
(c) The fee for a permit to move a building under the provisions of this section shall be as provided in Section 1303.13.
(d) The City Manager may reject the application or may issue the permit upon such terms as he deems necessary to protect the general welfare of the City. In case of rejection of the application, the applicant may apply to Council for such permit.

(e) All money received from permit fees required by subsection (c) above, shall be
applied to the General Fund.
