(a) Water Permit Required. Where a private well supply is necessary, all work shall be performed in accordance with the regulations of the County Board of Health, and a permit shall be secured from the County Board of Health before proceeding with the installation.
(b) Plumbing. All new plumbing and all alterations or extensions to existing plumbing systems shall be inspected by the County Plumbing Inspector to insure compliance with all requirements of the County Plumbing Code.
(c) Heating. No person, firm or corporation shall install a heating system in a residential building within the limits of the incorporated section of the City without first obtaining a permit from the Building Inspector.
(d) Electrical. No person, firm or corporation shall install electrical wire or fixtures for lighting, electrical equipment, power or for any other purpose or purposes on the premises of or in any residential building within the limits of the incorporated area of the City without first obtaining a permit from the Building Inspector.
