All plans, specifications and drawings as are required by this Residential Building Code to be filed with the Building Inspector shall be drawn to scale. All distances, heights, dimensions, thickness and sizes of walls, supporting members, structural parts and openings shall be accurately figured and drawings shall be made accurate and complete and shall show the following information:
(a) A floor plan of each level indicating area size, stairways, means of egress, windows and smoke alarms.
(b) A cross-section of a typical wall from footer through roof sheathing indicating interior and exterior finish, insulation, vapor barrier, structural members and floors.
(c) A foundation plan showing columns, beams, windows, doors and unbalanced fill reinforcement.
