971.04 PERSONAL CONDUCT.
   (a)    No person shall conduct himself, by word or by act, in a riotous, disorderly, boisterous or other manner so as to disturb the peace and good order in a park.
   (b)   No park visitor, spectator or participant shall use profane, obscene or vulgar language.
   (c)   No park visitor, spectator or participant shall smoke on the playing fields.
   (d)   No park visitor, spectator or participant shall appear in an intoxicated condition.
   (e)   No park visitor, spectator or participant shall gamble in or on park facility.
   (f)   No person shall loiter in the vicinity of a rest room located in a park and no person shall enter facilities in a park provided for the exclusive use of the opposite sex.
   (g)   No person shall resist, obstruct or abuse a police officer in a park while such police officer is engaged in the lawful execution of his duties.
   (h)   No person shall make an indecent exposure of his or her person in a park.
   (i)   No person shall assault or threaten another in a menacing manner, or strike or
wound another in a park.
