951.11 READING CONCLUSIVE.

Whenever service, either water or sewer, is charged for upon the basis of water consumption, the correct meter reading shall be held to be conclusive without change or adjustment, except under the conditions and in the manner on the provisions of these Codified Ordinances or other ordinances of the City.
