Upon examination and test of meters, after they have been in service a reasonable length of time, they must register within the following percentages of the actual amount of water passed through them:

1 | Within 2% plus or minus on all streams from 60 gallons per minute down to 3 gallons per minute, and within 10% minus on 4 gallons per minute |
3 | Within 2% plus or minus on all streams from 320 gallons per minute down to 15 gallons per minute, and within 10% minus on 4 gallons per minute |
4 | Within 2% plus or minus on all streams from 560 gallons per minute down to 28 gallons per minute, and within 10% minus on 7 gallons per minute |
6 | Within 2% plus or minus on all streams from 960 gallons per minute down to 48 gallons per minute, and within 10% minus on 12 gallons per minute |
