949.06 SEPARATE CONNECTIONS REQUIRED.

No application for water shall be allowed until applicant can show the property is to be supplied through a separate and independent water service connection from the main. EPA approved backflow prevention device shall be installed on those systems with the dual service in accordance with Chapter 950.
