There is hereby created a sewer district to be known as the “Route 44 Trunk Sewer Area”, which district is to include the lands in part of Section 16 and part of Section 21 in the City of Louisville and Nimishillen Township and adjacent lands in Nimishillen Township, Stark County, Ohio, the boundaries of which are shown by legends, words, figures, letters, lines, symbols and explanatory matter on the map entitled, “Sanitary Trunk Sewers Area Map”, and which map is declared to be a part of Ordinance 2148, passed June 22, 1970, and attached to the original copy thereof.
