There is hereby created a sewer district to be known as the “St. Thomas Trunk Sewer Area”, which district is to include part of the lands in Section 20, the western part of Section 21, the southern part of Section 17, in the City of Louisville and Nimishillen Township and adjacent lands in Nimishillen Township, Stark County, Ohio, the boundaries of which are shown by legends, words, figures, letters, lines, symbols and explanatory matter on the map entitled, “Sanitary Trunk Sewers Area Map”, and which map is declared to be a part of Ordinance 2148, passed June 22, 1970, and attached to the original copy thereof.
