931.13 CONTROL OF SEWERAGE SYSTEM.

The City Manager is authorized and directed to manage and control the sewerage system and sewerage disposal plant in a safe, economical and efficient manner, all in accordance with the provisions of these Codified Ordinances and other ordinances of the City and laws of the State of Ohio.
