Such taxicab operator's license shall become void on each February 1 and whenever the operator fails to maintain insurance at the level provided in Section 733.03, and it may be revoked by order of the City Manager for the operator's violation of any City ordinance, State or Federal law, and for failure to keep the taxicab in a good and safe mechanical condition.
