721.24 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

Council or its representatives shall have the authority at any time to enter upon property where a drilling site is contemplated, or in the process of being drilled, for the purpose of inspecting the site and equipment and any and all other things necessary to assure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
