721.21 FIRE EXTINGUISHER; MUFFLER.

All drilling rigs shall be provided with a fire extinguisher of not less than twenty pounds, dry chemical, and all motors shall be provided with a muffler which shall be of sufficient capacity to reduce the noise of motors to a minimum.
