721.11 EMERGENCY NAME AND NUMBER.

The permittee shall supply to the Chief of Police the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the persons responsible for the operation and maintenance of the well for which a permit is issued so that some responsible person may be reached at any time in case of an emergency; the information shall be posted at the well site.
