At the time of presenting the application, the applicant shall supply and attach to the application a map showing the exact location of the proposed well and sludge pit and the location of the storage tank, batteries and access road if there is a producing well. The map shall remain on file with the City Manager for future reference. The map shall be to scale and show the lot lines of all properties in the area utilized for the well, the location of buildings and structures in the unit, and the names of the owners of each property within the drilling unit shall be shown on the map.
