555.10 GROUNDS FOR PERMIT SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION; AUTHORITY.
   The following shall constitute grounds for suspension and revocation of any permit issued under this chapter:
   (a)    The violation of any provision of this chapter; or
   (b)    The failure to comply with standards or regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter; or
   (c)    Where any alarm business permittee, his agent or employee is charged with a crime involving moral turpitude or where the character, reputation or moral integrity of the permit holder or his employee is determined to be inimical to public safety or the general welfare of the community; or
   (d)    Where an alarm system actuates excessive false alarms, in a reasonable opinion of the Chief of Police or Fire Chief. However, no suspension and revocation may be issued under this subsection unless the permittee has been issued a letter or warning by the Chief of Police or Fire Chief and has been given a reasonable period of time to take corrective action, as provided in Section 555.15.
   (e)    Where the applicant or permittee, his employee or agent has knowingly made any false, misleading or fraudulent statement of a material fact in his application for the permit.
   Any permit issued hereunder may be suspended by the issuing authority for the grounds listed in subsections (a) to (e) hereof.
