An annual permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be due and payable on July 1, 1987, and on July 1 of each subsequent year for each alarm business doing business within the City. The permit fee shall not be prorated. An electrical contractor or electrician duly licensed by the City shall be exempt from the payment of this fee.
