541.10 DESTRUCTION OF SURVEY OR BOUNDARY MARKERS AND MONUMENTS.
   (a)    No person shall remove, displace or destroy any monument, marker, post or stake, set by any engineer or surveyor to define any survey line or boundary line of any private or public land, or any line of an original lot, or any street or highway.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
