624.11 DOUBLE JEOPARDY.

No person shall be prosecuted for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter if the person has been acquitted or convicted under the Federal drug abuse laws of the same act or omission which, it is alleged, constitutes a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
