454.04 METER HOURS; DEPOSIT OF COINS.
   (a)    Whenever a vehicle is parked between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each week, except on the following holidays and exempt days: New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and every day between Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, in an individual parking space where a parking meter has been installed, the person parking such vehicle shall deposit the following sums of money for the following periods of time and upon doing so shall occupy the space lawfully:
      Twelve consecutive minutes for one nickel (5 cents)
      Twenty-four minutes for one dime or two nickels (10 cents)
      Sixty minutes for one quarter or any combination of currency that totals twenty-
         five cents (25 cents)
      One hundred twenty minutes for two quarters or any combination of currency that
         totals fifty cents (50 cents)
   (b)    Payments of the amounts for the above periods of time shall be made for parking in the meter areas set forth. (Ord. 33-2014. Passed 8-18-14.)
