454.01 CONGESTED TRAFFIC AREAS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, a “congested traffic area” is declared to exist:

   (a)   On the north and south sides of Main Street between Spring Street and Brentwood Drive.

   (b)   On the east and west sides of Water Street from South Park Place to Butler Street. (Ord. 1508. Passed 4-25-77.)
