Each owner or operator of a vehicle parked in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, except for a violation of Section 452.04(e), shall constitute a minor misdemeanor, but in no event shall the actual penalty therefor be less than as follows: Sections 452.02, 452.03(a)(1), 452.03(a)(5), 452.03(a)(6), 452.03(a)(7), 452.03(a)(8), 452.03(a)(9), 452.03(a)(11), 452.03(a)(12), 452.03(a)(13), 452.03(a)(15), 452.03(a)(16), 452.04(b) and 452.05(a) the sum of ten dollars ($10.00); Sections 452.03(a)(2), 452.03(a)(3), 452.03(a)(4), 452.03(a)(14) and 452.03(a)(10) the sum of thirty dollars ($30.00).
Whoever violates Section 452.04(e) shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor the penalty provisions for which shall be in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4511.99(P) and shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), but in no case shall an offender be sentenced to any term of imprisonment. All other parking violations contained in this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall constitute a minor misdemeanor, but in no event shall the actual penalty be less than ten dollars ($10.00).
Failure of such owner or operator to make such payments in the amounts and within the periods stipulated on the issued parking ticket shall render such owner subject to penalties provided in Section 408.01 .
