444.02 MOVING VEHICLE WITHOUT CONSENT OF DRIVER OR OWNER.

No person shall move a vehicle without the consent of the driver or owner thereof into any place or position which would make the driver or owner liable to a penalty for a violation of any of the provisions of this Traffic Code.
