270.99 PENALTY.

Whoever is guilty of any of the acts enumerated in Section 270.02(a) shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both, for each offense. (Ord. 26-85. Passed 6-3-85.)
