There is hereby created a computerization fee in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) to be assessed on the filings of certain causes of actions as permitted by Ohio R.C. 1905.02 and Ohio R.C. Ch. 1907 to be used for the computerization of the Mayor’s Court and Clerk of Court’s office. (Ord. 10-02. Passed 2-18-02.)
